At Super Castle Bay House, we take pride in providing fast, reliable shipping and excellent customer service. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on every order.

There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or additional shipping charges. The price displayed during checkout is the final amount you pay.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and packages it for shipment.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on:

    • Saturdays

    • Sundays

    • U.S. Federal Holidays

Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or another trusted carrier providing comparable service.

Estimated transit time:

  • 1–3 business days

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping):

  • 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, or periods of unusually high shipping volume.

During holidays and major promotional events, delivery may take slightly longer because of increased carrier demand.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.

If you don't receive your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Super Castle Bay House is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

We gladly ship to PO Boxes whenever USPS service is available.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team.

We'll investigate the shipment with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we'll provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect shipping schedules.
